Combined needle roller bearings

  • SKF combination needle roller bearings consist of a radial needle roller bearing and a thrust bearing.
  • They can carry both radial and axial loads. They are particularly suitable for applications where other types of locating bearing configurations take up too much space, where axial loads are too high, where speeds are too high or where there is insufficient lubricant for a simple thrust washer configuration.
  • SKF offers three basic designs of combined needle roller bearings.
  • Needle roller/angular contact ball bearings
    Needle roller/thrust ball bearings
  • Needle roller/cylindrical roller thrust bearings
The relubrication intervals for the radial and thrust sections of the bearing must be calculated separately. The shorter of the two intervals should be used.
Combined needle roller bearings

Features and Benefits

  1. Locating bearing configuration
Bears combined radial and axial loads in one or both directions
  2. Low cross-section
Combined needle roller bearings provide a very compact solution in applications where the available space is small.
  3. High load carrying capacity
Due to the high number of rolling elements, combined needle roller bearings have a high load carrying capacity.

Applications

  1. Skf Combined needle roller bearings are bearing units that are a combination of radial needle roller bearings and thrust bearing components.
  2. They are used in various mechanical equipment such as machine tools, metallurgical machinery, textile machinery and printing machinery, and can be designed to make mechanical systems very compact and nimble.

FAQ

Loads are defined by their direction. Loads perpendicular to the shaft are called radial loads and loads parallel to the shaft are called axial (thrust) loads.

Successful mounting is critical to the life cycle of your bearing. Proper bearing dismounting can safeguard other machine components and maintenance workers.

  1. The bearing is at the heart of all rotating equipment, and the condition of the bearing often reflects how well a machine is running.
  2. Learn more about bearing damage and bearing failure – and how to prevent it.

Sure, free samples are available for stock products if you can pay for the shipping cost.

We have regular stock for standard bearings that can be shipped right after your payment. It will take 15-60 days for new production order, which depends on your order quantity.

  1. All our bearings are 100% inspected strictly before packing.
  2. If any defective products received, please provide photos and video to show us the problem and help us improve the quality.
  3. New products will be sent to you as replacement if the probelm is product quality.
